Dan Sultan, Marketing Director

Executive Director
Dan Sultan and the entire Weinberg Village team take great pride in serving seniors, their families and friends expediently and expertly. Dan is an experienced professional who handles inquiries with skill, care and compassion. Dan always makes himself available to assist any caregiver who may be overwhelmed in dealing with issues and/or challenges while caring for their loved one(s). Dan holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree specializing in Marketing and Business Administration.

Toby Zarolnick, Marketing  Director

Marketing Director
Toby Zarolnick oversees all marketing and public relations efforts in the community. She brings a varied background in both customer relations and marketing, as well as a strong reputation for building excellent working relationships. Toby attended the University of South Florida and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and a certificate in leadership.  Toby is very active in the local community and holds volunteer positions with various organizations.

Beverly Bates, Director of Nursing

Director of Nursing
Beverly Bates is a Registered Nurse with many years of experience of dealing with the elder population. She is an approved Core Trainer, Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, a Department of Elder Affairs Approved Trainer in Alzheimer’s disease and Related Disorders for Assisted Living Facilities, Florida Health Care Association Nursing Assistant Instructor, CPR/AED and First Aid Instructor/Trainer, and State Approved Provider for Nursing Continuing Education. Beverly understands the importance of delivering quality preventive outcome-focused care and the commitment necessary to effectively guide those who care for our elder population.  Her nursing background of 25 years brings specific types of training for employees that are involved with elders and their personal care.

Lindsay Woods, Activities Director

Activities Director
Lindsay Woods is the Director of Activities at Weinberg Village. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor’s in therapeutic recreation. She is responsible for planning and implementing programs that stimulate, motivate, and entertain the residents. These programs include fitness, music, art, games, reading and writing groups, intergenerational programs, and various outings. Lindsay’s dedication to the residents of Weinberg Village is reflected through her kind and genuine persona and her positive attitude.

Sylvia Cohen, Food Service Director

Food Service Director
Sylvia Cohen has been with Weinberg Village Food Services since August 2004. She studied in Morocco, France, & Israel. Sylvia Cohen is fluent in four languages. The Food Service Director is responsible for menus, food budget, and making sure that all special dietary needs of the residents are met. Sylvia brings with her, her knowledge of laws of Kashrut, Moroccan, French, and Israeli food together with a great enthusiasm for her job.

Linda McCann, Dining Room Supervisor

Dining Room Supervisor
Linda McCann and the dining room staff ensure that all residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Linda’s professional and academic experience helps her implement and monitor service levels in our dining room. She manages server operation and ensures the highest standards during mealtimes. She feels that meals are an important time of day and likes residents to feel comfortable and relaxed so they can enjoy each other’s company.    Linda’s Midwest upbringing provides her with a friendly disposition, compassion and a desire to please everyone!

Pam Levenstone, Controller

Controller
Pam Levenstone has been with Weinberg Village since February of 2000. The Controller is responsible for all aspects of the facilities accounting and financial related activities. Pam has a Baccalaureate degree in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration.  Pam brings her experience and knowledge of customer service to her daily activities at Weinberg Village. Meeting the needs of the residents has always been Pam's focus. Her attitude is always one of professionalism and care.

Nelly Reyes, Housekeeping Director

Housekeeping Director
Nelly Reyes is a hard worker who never knows the phrase "I can't, or I won't". She has been with Weinberg Village since 2004, maintaining the facility and priding herself in it's immaculate condition.  One of her many jobs is to decorate the rooms for the future residents of Weinberg Village. Nelly gives every job her 100% and her attitude is reflected in the quality of service she provides.
